Tesla instituted another Model X recall Thursday, this time for a safety issue with its second-row seats, which could move forward during a crash.
The voluntary recall covers some 11,000 cars built between Oct. 28, 2016 and Aug. 16, 2017, a Tesla spokesperson said, however the electric vehicle maker expects 3 percent of those cars will actually have the problem.
